Working Student Pledge
I promise to honor my work at Pathfinder Farm with my highest effort and attention. I will take
pride in a job well done when performing even the smallest task. I will show my appreciation
to the horse for such a valuable lesson he imparts by caring for him and his environment with
great energy and devotion. I will show respect to all people and students, honoring the place
where each is in their own learning process. I will show them careful attention so that they may
enjoy and benefit from their time here at Pathfinder Farm.

Requirements for Participation
Age : 12 years and up.
Experience : 6 - 12 months in the Pathfinder Farm Lesson Program or
6 - 12 months as a volunteer with mentor working student.

Attend - Host : Two workshops or clinics per year.
Help with Schooling Shows.
4 - 7 hours per week earns 1 lesson a week.
8 - 12 hours per week earns 2 lessons a week.
Parent Release Form signed by parent on file at Pathfinder Farm.
